Mike comes to us with extensive ministry leadership experience and a passion for helping people grow in their discipleship.

He and his wife Toni, are the parents of 3 adult children: Anthony, Luke, and Jill, who they say "make us look like good parents". 

Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies at Cincinnati Christian University, and has spent time in all corners of the tri-state area, including Indiana and Northern Kentucky. As long-time residents of Cincinnati, Mike and the rest of the Tolle family are huge Cincinnati sports fans. Mike loves the Bearcats, the Reds, and the Bengals, but college basketball is his favorite!

Mike believes that the mission of God is intended to be a natural yet encompassing way  of life... for individuals and the church. That it’s about developing our call to be good news and to share good news where we live, work and play. He knows that  when it comes to living and loving like Jesus, community and connection with others are vital aspects of a disciple-making lifestyle. He's excited to partner with 3C in his passion and expertise for disciple-making in his new hometown of Bethel, OH.
